This Program is protected under federal copyright laws. It is licensed to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) for use within the state of Arkansas. It cannot be duplicated or distributed outside the state of Arkansas.

Within the state of Arkansas, the licensing provides for:

Digital storage and distribution of the Program on the ADE computer network, and free access to the Program for all schools, teachers and students in Arkansas.

Licensing for all public and private schools in Arkansas to stream or download content
from the Program to their desktop or local server.

Permission for the integration of content from the Program, in part or in whole, into other multimedia presentations or exhibits in Arkansas, so long as the content is employed for educational or research purposes and not exploited for any commercial purpose.
