| NATIONAL FLAT RATE: | The minimum monthly rate for this plan is $10.00 exclusive
of state/federal taxes and fees including a $2.50 administrative fee.
The National Flat Rate Plan includes 250 N/W and 250 M2M minutes of
usage.
Included features voice mail, caller ID, call waiting, three way calling, call hold and call forwarding. NOTE! - Does include Data Usage or Text Messaging as pay per use. |

| GSM NATIONAL POOL PLAN: | Special plans are available for individuals using large volumes of
night/weekend minutes.
These rate plans are priced by package minutes.

travel with your domestic cell phone, receive and make calls abroad using
