• Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (required every school year).
• Within 4-6 weeks after submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you will receive an Award Notice. If you are awarded a student loan, you will receive processing instructions with the Award Notice.
• Next, you must complete the Master Promissory Note and send it to the lender of your choice, unless you completed this step in a prior year.
• Notify the Financial Aid Office of your lender of choice either within ISIS or by contacting your counselor.
• Before you can receive your loan check, you must fulfill the requirements of enrolling at least half time and completion of the Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling (Required only the first time you borrow at the University of Arkansas. Not required for PLUS loans).
• The lender will then send the funds directly to the University.

Once your funds have arrived, an e-mail will be sent to your uark account. To view your Account Detail, you will need to log into your ISIS account and follow the path below.

After selecting the aid year you wish to view, you will see your financial aid broken down by the term. If you care to see the details of each term, you can select the corresponding link.
