Forget
your Password?
If you are
a student on the Fayetteville campus, you must go to the Office
of the Registrar in person with your photo ID to have your password
reset. The Registrar's Office is located at 146 Silas Hunt Hall.
If you are
a distance student or applicant to the University, you should
go to the Registrar's
web page and
click the Students Reset Email/ISIS Account link
located in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Then simply
follow the instructions for distance students.
Faculty
and staff members can go to the Computing Services
Help Desk located at ADSB 220 and show a photo ID to have your
password reset. Another option is to send an e-mail to helpdesk@uark.edu
with the following information: University ID, Complete Name,
Department, Supervisor's Name, and Contact Information.
Who
has ISIS Access?
All current
students have access in the Student Center.
Current applicants to
the University have access to the Admissions section of the
Student Center.
Active
faculty have access through the Faculty Center. Only
faculty who are listed as the Instructor of Record have
access to student rosters.
University staff are
granted access in ISIS based on job need. To request access,
the employee's supervisor should submit an ISIS
Security Request Form for each employee.
There is currently
no ISIS access available for Alumni. Former
students who need information regarding previous coursework should
contact the Office of the Registrar at 479.575.5451.
