  • ISIS Basic Query Training Scheduled - [11/30/04] A hands-on training session has been scheduled for university employees who create reports in the Integrated Student Information System (ISIS). The session will be held December 9 from 2-3:50 p.m. at ADSB 154 and will include an overview of running reports in ISIS. In addition, participants will create and run basic queries during the session.

  • ISIS Basic Student Records User Training Set - [09/21/04] The Registrar’s Office has scheduled a hands-on training session for administrative users of the Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) on September 23 from 9-10:50 a.m. at ADSB 154.
  • ISIS Faculty Training Sessions Scheduled - [09/07/04] The Registrar’s Office has scheduled four hands-on training sessions this week for faculty and teaching assistants who use the Integrated Student Information System (ISIS). Training sessions on Tuesday, Sept. 7, and Thursday, Sept. 9, will be held from 10 until 11:30 a.m. at the Multi-Media Resource Center in Gibson Annex. Training sessions on Wednesday, Sept. 8, from 3 until 4:30 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 10, from 10 until 11:20 a.m. will be held in room 154 of the Administrative Services Building.
  • ISIS Schedules Down Times - [09/07/04] In preparation for the Arkansas Higher Education Information System (AHEIS) reporting, the Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) will be unavailable from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7. The system will also be down for regular maintenance from 8 a.m. until noon on Saturday, September 11.

  • Join the New ISIS User Listserv - [07/27/04] A campus listserv has been created for users of the University’s new Integrated Student Information System (ISIS). The ISIS listserv is designed to support discussion among ISIS users in the University community.
  • Treasurer's Office Schedules Additional ISIS Training Sessions - [07/19/04] The Treasurer's Office has scheduled two training demonstrations in July for faculty and staff who use the University's Integrated Student Information System (ISIS). Sessions will be held July 22 and June 27 at Mullins Library 104. Both sessions will meet from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • ISIS Basic Query Training Scheduled - [07/01/04] Four hands-on training sessions have been scheduled in July for faculty and staff who use the University’s Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) reporting instance. Sessions will be held on July 7, 13, 15 and 21 at Mullins Library 102. All training will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Treasurer's Office Schedules New ISIS Training - [06/23/04] The Treasurer’s Office has scheduled training demonstrations for faculty and staff who use the University’s Integrated Student Information System (ISIS). Sessions will be held today (June 24), and June 28 at Mullins Library 104. Both sessions will meet from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.
  • Student Records Sets ISIS Training Sessions - [05/12/04] Student Records has scheduled hands-on training sessions in May, June and July for faculty and staff that use the University’s Integrated Student Information System (ISIS). Sessions will be held on May 20 at the Multi-Media Resource Center (Gibson Annex), and June 22 and July 12 at Mullins Library 102. All training will take place from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

  • Fall Priority Registration Begins Today on ISIS - [04/05/04] Fall 2004 Priority Registration starts today, marking the kick-off of the University’s new Web-based
    Integrated Student Information System (ISIS).
  • ISIS Registration Fair Scheduled - [03/24/04] Campus experts are holding the first ISIS (Integrated Student Information System) Registration Fair from 11-2 p.m. in AU 312, the Union Servery northwest meeting room, from March 29 through April 1. The fair is open to all students, faculty and staff who have questions regarding the University’s new Web-based system prior to Fall 2004 Priority Registration which begins next Monday.
  • UA Staff Member Makes Presentation at National Conference - [03/08/04] Karen Jennings, training coordinator for the University of Arkansas’ ISIS Project, will make a presentation today at the national PeopleSoft Higher Education User Group (HEUG) Conference in Atlanta. HEUG represents over 400 institutions and more than 4,500 individuals who use PeopleSoft products and are certified by the company. More than 3,500 participants attended last year’s annual meeting.
