Enrollment Verification Request Instructions

Enrollment verification provides directory information such as student’s name, month and day of birth, enrollment status and serves as proof of a student’s enrollment for various purposes. An enrollment verification is free of charge and may be mailed to any location. There is a $5.00 fee to fax the verification.

Requests by currently enrolled students/parents

Enrollment verifications may be completed in person at the Registrar’s office in Silas Hunt Hall (at the Transcripts window).

A student may also request an enrollment verification to be mailed by email request to registra@uark.edu or by written request to the address below. Please include student’s name, date of birth and student ID.

Please note: If a student has a hold on release of directory information, he or she is required to sign a release before an enrollment verification can be completed.
