Courses are listed as AGME or BAST. The minor is coordinated by the Agricultural and Extension Education Department. Requirements for a Minor in Agricultural Mechanization: include AGME 1613 and AGME/BAST 2903 and 12-14 hours from the following courses: AGME 1611L, 2153, 3173, 4203, 4963, 4973, 4983; BAST 3023, 3403, 4153, 4754.
Professional Degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering (BAEG) The curriculum leading to the professional degree in agricultural engineering is under the joint supervision of the deans of the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences and the College of Engineering. The engineering degree, Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering (B.S.B.A.E.), is conferred by the College of Engineering and is described on page 464. Students who wish to receive this degree will enroll in the College of Engineering.
