Welcome to Broiler and Turkey Production, an interactive web-supported course in the Department of Poultry Science at the University of Arkansas. Our goal is to provide you with an overview of poultry production, with an emphasis on scientific discovery within a technology-based environment, while developing your problem-solving and communication skills.
