Flowers: Small white flowers on current season growth in late spring, not showy.
Foliage: Lustrous, dark green, leathery, evergreen, hard-textured leaves.
Fruit: Black berries on female plants, but not ornamentally significant.
Location: These plants are used in front (north side) of the Administration building.
