Leatherleaf Mahonia

Flowers: Fragrant, upright, bright yellow flowers in January, February or March (weather dependent).

Foliage: Leathery, evergreen, compound leaves. Foliage is an attractive blue-green in color.

Fruit: Large blue berries with a whitish bloom, ripening in late spring.

Location: An attractive planting on the east side of Silas Hunt Hall.
