English Laurel

Flowers: Small white flowers on racemes in March. Occasional fall bloom.

Foliage: Glossy, dark green evergreen leaves. Foliage is somewhat darker than Prunus caroliniana.

Fruit: Small purple-black drupe, hidden by foliage.

 

Location: In front of the electrical boxes, on the north side of the AGRI building.
