Flowers: White flowers in loose racemes in May

Foliage: Rich green leaves, semi-evergreen in north, evergreen in south.

Fruit: Orange-red pome, ripening in August/September and persisting into winter.

Trunk, Branching, Twigs: Stiffly, irregular branching.

 

Location: There is a plant growing against the west wall of the Science and Engineering Auditorium.
