GROWTH HABIT, RATE:
Strongly pyramidal growth, conical shape.
ADAPTABILITY:
Grows well at water's edge, but will also grow in soil of adequate moisture.
FUNCTIONS:
Specimen, screen (in leaf), good for large areas.
PROBLEMS AND MAINTENANCE:
Avoid overly dry sites, spider mites will attack. Avoid frost pockets as growth
may be damaged by fall frosts.
