GROWTH HABIT, RATE:
Fast growing, upright and arching shrub, to 8 feet.
ADAPTABILITY:
Performs best in full sun, well-drained soils.

Specimen, border, screen. Forsythia has a very short span of interest in the
landscape.
PROBLEMS AND MAINTENANCE:
Flower buds winterkill in cold winters. Rejuvenate old plants by cutting to
the ground. For maximum flowering, prune immediately after flowering.
