GROWTH HABIT, RATE:
Stems are long and trailing and tend to root at the nodes, spreads widely and
rapidly.
ADAPTABILITY:
Well-drained soil, flowers best in full sun, drought tolerant.
FUNCTIONS:
Massing, good on banks and over walls, specimen.
PROBLEMS AND MAINTENANCE:
Flower buds killed in colder winters. Somewhat aggressive in its spread. May
need to rejuvenate by cutting back to crown every 4-5 years.
