Trumpet Honeysuckle

Flowers: Tubular orange-red or yellow in mid April to Mid May. Some cultivars rebloom throughout the summer.

Foliage: Medium green in summer, no fall color. Some cultivars are bluish-green. Can be deciduous or semi-evergreen.

Fruit: Fleshy red berries ripening summer through fall.

 

Location: Horticultural Research Farm, on the trellis in the ornamental planting.
