Flowers: Dull to bright red, February or March, especially attractive on female plants, dioecious.
Foliage: Medium green, whitish beneath, red petiole. Fall color variable from yellow to red.
Fruit: Samara, reddish in color.
Trunk, Branching, Twigs: Silvery gray branches and bark.
Location: In the rear (north) side of the Agriculture building.
