Amur Maple

Flowers: Yellowish white, fragrant in March-April.

Foliage: Dark green in summer foliage, turning red in autumn.

Fruit: Reddish-brown samaras, selections made for red fruit, ripening Sept.-Oct. Red color most effective in mid-summer.

 

Location: At the northwest corner of the Graduate Education building.
