Flowers: Brown, relatively large, opening in April or May. Usually somewhat hidden
Foliage: Tropical appearing, medium green, large leaves. conspicuously drooping in appearance.
Fruit: Large, greenish-yellow fruits, edible with abundant, large brown seeds. Very aromatic.
Location: Northeast corner of the Square in downtown Fayetteville.
