Flowers: Fragrant, white, pink, rose, or red flowers in January and February.

Foliage: Fine-textured small foliage densely covers twiggy branches.

Fruit: Inedible raw, but pickled and eaten in Japan.

 

Location: Two trees planted on the south side of AFLS.
