DETAILS
The camp will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will finish on 5:00 p.m.
each day. Campers must be dropped off daily at the P. Whitaker
Arena at 8:00 a. m. by a parent or designated adult (if camper
is to be picked up by other than parent, permission and picture ID
required prior to the start of camp) and picked up between 5 and
5:30 p.m. A limit
of 60 campers will be accepted on a first-come first-serve
basis. Campers will be grouped into 'classes' of approximately 15, and
will participate in each activity in these small groups. There
will be daily handling and riding of horses as well as other 'class
room' activities. Lunch and 2 break periods will be incorporated
into each day of camp. Campers will be assigned to horses based on
experience level. Time for recreational activities and tours of campus
will be arranged.
