Proposed Trails at Lake Norfork |
|
Monthly
Meetings at PJ's Lodge
A very pleasant and informal meeting was held at PJ's Lodge in Norfork a couple of weeks ago regarding the possibility of building new riding trails.
|

|
Interested riders
are asked to join the riding group's monthly meetings
to discuss proposed trails at Lake Norfork. |
There is an area of Corp. of Engineer land that can be utilized for horse-trails. The representatives of the Corp. and a number of individuals and horse-rider groups discussed the general process that's involved in such a joint endeavor. A committee was formed to make recommendations and have further discussions with the Corp. Lynn Cermak, pres. of the Ozark Riding Club, is leading the committee. She invites interested riders to join the riding group's monthly meetings at PJ's Lodge. These are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 1pm. You may contact Lynn at
