THIS one is practically PERFECT.

By the time he is 4, you would be comfortable putting your only granddaughter on him in an Arkansas thunderstorm (OK, that is probably an exaggeration about the thunderstorm, but take my word for it, he is very kind).  Duke was sort of an accident between a Welch mare and … maybe a Paint stallion.  Who really cares?

 Duke is just 2 years old and his student-trainer is an amateur (as in, has never trained a horse or had riding lessons).  Ask her how sweet and willing he is.  He let us clip him without any undue restraint.  He put up with braiding, driving, obstacles, and loading in a trailer without any resentment.  If I had a grandbaby, I’d buy this one.
