Olivia was carefully bred for english events. She is easy to handle and has been easy to breed and foal. Her dam, Fan Tan Fern (TB), (show name Ghiredelli) who was a winning show hunter in the AHSA. Olivia's sire, Unfold, has foals are being shown in hunter jumper futurities and are consistently placing top ten. He is also sire of the 1998 West Coast Hunter Futurity Grand Champion. Unfold is producing consistent quality, athletic ability and excellent dispositions. His offspring have been successful at the racetrack, in the show ring, at events and in the hunt field.
