Like all horses carrying the official UA brand, Gwen was properly imprint trained at birth and continues to be handled and trained under the guidance of professionals. This filly is stands out in a crowd! Gwen likes people and her lessons. Like all our weanlings, she wears a tiny pony saddle, carries a bit, crosses obstacles, walks in and backs out of a trailer, and stands for bathing. What more could you ask of a weanling? At maturity, Gwen is probably going to stand well over 16 hands. We feel she could excel in any number of disciplines like western pleasure, western riding, hunt seat, or even barrel racing or roping. She is certainly going to be big and strong enough!

Gwen’s sire, Shawne Bug Leo, is one of only three stallion sons of Shawne Bug in the U. S. at this time. Shawne Bug was a stakes winner earning $277,000 in his lifetime! His offspring have earned just under $5,000,000 dollars.
