1.  Please visit registration table for a buyer number.

2. Carefully study the Terms and Conditions of Sale in your catalog.

3.  Study horse portfolios carefully as all sales are final. Horse portfolios will be on display with the horses in the D. E. King Horse Barn from 1:00 – 2:00, and in the lobby of the P.W. Animal Science Center thereafter. Be sure to read the first page of the notebook, as this will list any known physical problems or training challenges associated with each horse.

4.  Highest bidders must report to cashiers office at east side of foyer to make payment.

5.  Payment must be made by cash, cashier’s check, or personal check within thirty minutes of the conclusion of the auction.

6.  All accounts must be paid in full on the evening of the auction.

7.  If animals are purchased by personal check, title and/or registration papers will be held until funds clear the bank.

8.  Horses purchased by cash or cashier’s check will receive their title and/or registration papers at the time of payment.

9.  Horses must be removed from the farm immediately following the auction up to 11 p.m. or during open barn hours (Sunday, November 18th, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 pm).

A $25.00 a day boarding fee will be assessed for horses or cattle left after open barn hours and an appointment must be made to pick up the horse or livestock.
