Teacher Strategies

This unit is designed for minimum teacher involvement and maximum student involvement. Students will need computer access. They will be asked to write and draw, so they will need pens, pencils, markers or crayons. Construction paper would also be good for the artwork to be displayed upon throughout the classroom. Some work can be completed outside of class, such as the writing sections of the website. Students will also listen to interviews, so headphones may be necessary. The final project will require access to a video camera. Students are also asked to create an venn diagram. They will need to be shown an example of a venn diagram in order to prepare them for the activity entitled "A Leer" in the " En Parejas" section.
