Teachers evaluation has two kinds. One is for students, and another is for themselves including their teaching plan.

- There is no right answers for the discussion or paper, however, right understanding can be judged by how much students' thoughts are affected by what they have learned in this class and how deep they have thought about the topic.
- During the whole process of the class, teachers need to think what did or didn't not work.
- After the class, teachers need to think about what else they could have prepared for this class or what they didn't have to.
- Teachers also need to think if all students had enough access to the website or other materials.
- Finally, teachers need to think about if their prepared materials were suitable for the class or not.
