Hillol Bala, a doctoral student in Information Systems, will be defending his dissertation "Nothing Endures but Change: Understanding Employees' Responses to Enterprise Systems Implementation and Business Process Change" on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 12:30 p.m. in the J.B.
