  1. Minutes for the April 19th, 2012, Graduate Council meeting will stand approved if no corrections are received.  (Please review the minutes on the Graduate School web page before the meeting: grad.uark.edu).

  4. New Business: College of Education and Health Professions, Eleanor Mann School of Nursing,
    1. Bumpers College, Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, proposal to modify the admission requirements for the MS degree in Agricultural Economics (AGECMS) by requiring either the GRE or GMAT (Attachment A).
    2. Fulbright College, Department of World Languages, Literatures and Cultures, proposal to modify the options for completion of the MA degree in French, as described in Section V of Attachment B.
    3. Walton College of Business, Proposal to modify the managerial MBA degree offered in Panama, as described in Section V of Attachment C.
    4. Walton College of Business, Proposal to modify the requirements for the Ph.D. degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance (FINNPH), as described in Section V of Attachment D.
    5. Walton College of Business, Proposal to modify the requirements for the Ph.D. degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management (LSCMPH), as described in Section V of Attachment E.
    6. Graduate School, proposal to modify the Ph.D. degree in Public Policy (PUBPPH) as described in Section V of Attachment F, and also in Attachments G, H and I.
    7. Graduate School, proposal to eliminate the graduate certificate in Gerontology (Attachments J and K). (Note: GERO courses will NOT be deleted.)
