  1. Using Academic Policy Series 1405.19B request adjunct faculty status and graduate faculty status.

    NOTE: Normally, Graduate Faculty with an adjunct position do not chair a student's thesis/dissertation or advisory committee, but departments may request an exception from the Dean of the Graduate School.
