Instructions for Out-of-Career Registration

READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS

Please fill in all information, including ISIS Class number, Subject & Catalog number, and section. If you are taking a class that has variable credit, please include the number of hours requested.

If you are an undergraduate student, your request will not be processed without the signatures of both your advisor and the course instructor.

If the class is full:

  • Ask you advisor to fill out an Administrative Change of Registration Form and get appropriate signatures to be sent to the Graduate School.

If there is a Negative Service Indicator that prevents you from registering for any classes:

  • Advising ~ You must see your advisor to have the advising hold removed.
  • Financial ~ See Student Accounts in Hunt Hall (479/575-5651).
  • Other ~ Contact Camille Johnson in the Graduate School (479/575-4401).

If there is a time conflict:

If there is a load limit:

  • For a graduate student a load limit is 15 hours.
  • For an undergraduate student a load limit is 18 hours.
  • You will need to fill out an Overload Petition and submit it to the Registrar’s Office.
