Tameka Bailey earned her Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology in 2010, studying with Dr. Ken Korth, professor of plant pathology. A native of Gould, Ark., Tameka researched how rice plants respond to stress and how researchers can develop stronger rice plants to withstand extreme conditions. See the full article on Dr. Korth's research in Research Frontiers magazine.
