University Health Advisory Committee

Purpose

The University Health Advisory Committee reviews policies, programmatic changes, and annual budgets of the University Health Center and makes recommendations regarding fees and funding.

Membership

Membership consists of six students with one representative each from the Associated Student Government, Residence Interhall Congress, and Health Science, one nominated by the Dean of Students, one graduate student, and one representing International students; three faculty members, two of whom must be chosen from the academic disciplines of Health Science, kinesiology, Recreation, and Dance, Psychology, Nursing, Social Sciences, Counselor Education, or a related discipline, and one who is a member of Campus Council; one representative from the Division of Finance & Administration; two representatives from the Division of Student Affairs; one representative from the Athletic Department; and, ex-officio and nonvoting, the Director of the University Health Center.

The Chairperson is appointed by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.
