Appointments The appointment scheduling process differs by respective departments. Primary Medical Clinic The Primary Medical Clinic requires all patients to have an appointment. In order to acquire a same-day appointment, patients must speak with a trained triage nurse in order to see how soon your appointments should be scheduled. We are currently experiencing heavy call volumes that overload our system. If you experience issues when phoning in to our primary clinic, please hang up and retry your call. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Women's Clinic The Women's Clinic requires all patients to have an appointment. Advanced appointments and emergency appointments can be scheduled by calling 575-4478.
CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) The Counseling and Psychological Services staffs a Counselor On Duty (COD) available to see anyone needing immediate counseling resources. See the times the COD is available by clicking here. This service is only a short evaluation and consultation meeting used to schedule a future session if necessary. Appointments are necessary for all other visits and sessions. Information can be obtained by calling 575-5276. In the event of an emergency, one of our clinicians is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and can be contacted by phone at 575-CAPS.
Health Education and Promotion Our health education experts, with expertise on topics ranging from sexual assault to eating disorders, are available for individual consultation. Please visit the health education and promotion department webpage for more information.
No-Show Fees Patients
who have an appointment and are unable to keep the appointment may
cancel at no charge up to one hour prior to the appointment by calling
the PWHC at (479) 575-4451, and selecting option 1 from the voice menu.
Any patient who cancels within the timeframe of one hour before
the appointment or who does not notify the
