Open to graduate and undergraduate female students. Do you ever have trouble negotiating healthy relationships or feeling confident about life challenges? Would you like to learn how to handle disappointment, conflict and stress in a healthy way? The Women=s Group may be a good option for you. This group offers a fun, caring and supportive environment so you can learn more about yourself and help others do the same.
Graduate
Student Group (Mondays 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.)
Open to male and female graduate students. Graduate school is difficult enough, don=t try to go through it by yourself. Join this group and you will have a place to share frustrations and help others along the way. The group will look at how to have a life and get a degree. Relationship, stress, and self-esteem issues will also be a focus. General
Therapy Group (Wednesdays, 4:30 to 5:30 PM)

The group will cover a variety of topics from developing healthy relationships to coping with life=s challenges. Weekly attendance is not required - so no obligation! This group is a great chance to learn more about yourself while practicing interaction with others in a caring and supportive environment. Bipolar

Activities Drum/Relaxation
Sessions (Wednesdays 5:00 to 6:00 PM) is a fun, energizing
and relaxing way for students to unwind and relax through the use of
music. This is not a traditional therapy group in that personal
disclosure is limited. We will teach you how to relax and feel a sense of
community by collaborative participation. A variety of percussion
instruments and Native American flutes are used to promote relaxation and
reduce anxiety. Musical experience is not necessary for participation.
Sessions will be held at the Multicultural Center .
