Info for Graduate and Teaching Assistants
Health Insurance Education Initiative

Student
Health Insurance - Graduate Student Information (for GA's and TA's) Full
time Graduate Assistants and Teach Assistants will be automatically charged
for health insurance each semester on their University student account.
Graduate Students and Teaching Assistants receive a 60% discount for the
student insurance policy. If a student wishes to decline the health
insurance charges on their student account, they will need to do so before
September 24th for the fall semester and January 14th for spring/summer
semesters. Waivers after those dates will not be processed and there will be
no refunds for that semester. If you wish to insure a dependent, please go
the to the student insurance office, Pat Walker Health Center, Room 113.
