Pricing and Fees*

Our office visits are free of charge for students as they are included in the student health fee.  Laboratory, immunizations, x-rays, etc. are not included and prices for some common procedures are below.

This list is not comprehensive and is subject to change without notice. If you would like to know the fee for a test, procedure, or other service, please ask at the time of your visit.

• Allergy Shot Injection: One shot...$15.00, two or more... $20.00

• Complete Blood Count Test $22

• Crutch Rental $1 per day (or purchase at $30)

• Flu Shots or Flu Mist - fee varies

• Gardasil (HPV Vaccine)  $140

• Hepatitis A (2 shots over a 6 month to one year period) $40 per shot

• Hepatitis B (3 shots over a 6 month period) $40 per shot

• Hepatitis A and B combination shots (3 shots over six month period) $55 per shot

• Meningitis Immunization $100

• Pneumonia $36

• STD testing (Chlamydia and Gonorrhea)  $32 - others available at extra charges

• Strep Test $20

• TB Skin Test   $10

• Tetanus - Adacel (booster) $46

• Tetanus - Regular $28.

• Typhoid Shot $55

• Yellow Fever Shot $80
