Anger

Anger is a normal emotion and one that can be positive. When we have trouble with anger we are probably using it too much or expressing it in unhealthy ways; meaning either suppressing it or “blowing up”.  Stress also contributes to a “short fuse”. Anger gives us a lot of energy because it taps into our “fight or flight” response.  You cannot get rid of your anger, but you can learn to use it wisely.
