The Arkansas Razorback football team struggled in its first road game, losing to SMU 31-9 in Shreveport, La. The Hogs next task will be to tackle the Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa next Saturday. Razorback game notes are available on the football release page. Daily updates from practice are available in the football releases section of HOGWIRED one to two hours after the completion of practice.

The Arkansas cross country team hit a stumbling block in their first race of the year as they finished second at the Hurricane Cross Country Festival. Race results can be found in the cross country results page, or by clicking on the story below. Coach McDonnell held his harriers out of the Jayhawk Invitational to prepare them for the Hogs next scheduled race at the Missouri Southern Stampede on September 20. September 6 -- Razorbacks Stunned at Hurricane


The Arkansas Golf and Tennis teams will both begin action on September 19 and kickoff a short fall campaign that will last through the beginning of November. Results from both the golf and tennis teams can be found on their respective results pages, or by checking below when their seasons begin.
