The Office of International Students and Scholars is located at 104 Holcombe Hall, on Garland Avenue between Maple and Douglas.

The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office operates all year (academic year and summer) and closes on all University holidays.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PARKING:

Please allow extra time to arrive for appointments since there are only two metered parking spaces available in the lot at the side of Holcombe (at the corner of Garland and Douglas). The nearest available alternate parking is in the metered parking lot between Silas Hunt Hall and the Administration Building (on Maple Street). DO NOT park in the University House parking lot behind Holcombe Hall! This lot is reserved on a 24-hour basis, and you may be ticketed and/or towed.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT:

If you would like to make an appointment to meet with Michael Freeman, Audra Johnston, Cornell McClellan, or Cynthia Smith please use our online system (recommended) or call the office at 575-5003. Appointments are available between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

If you have a question of a brief, general nature, you may use our online advising service. Between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on most days the office is open, you may "chat" with an advisor by clicking on the chat icon on the ISS home page (or the side of most ISS site pages).
