Financial Support

If possible we would like to provide full financial support (travel and local expenses) to all participants (in particular graduate students and recent PhD's).

In case you want to apply for financial support please provide the organizers with the following information:

1. Full Name
2. Social Security Number (if applicable)
3. Mailing address where you wish the reimbursement check sent
4. Phone Number
5. E-mail Address
6. U.S. Citizen? Non-Citizen/Resident?
7. If you are not a U.S. Citizen--Visa Status?
8. University you are from
9. Approximate amount you would like to be reimbursed.

If you are not a U.S. Citizen, you will need to bring documentation verifying your Visa status (Passport or Visa).  Moreover, you will need to fill out the non resident tax form .
