The banquet on Friday night is at the Fayetteville Town Center. The Town Center is on the Square, at 15 West Mountain.
People staying at the Cosmopolitan will find it easiest to walk to the Town Center.
Other people will want to drive. There is a parking deck beneath the Town Center (with access from East Avenue). There are multiple events at the Town Center on Friday night, so the parking deck may be full. If so, look for public parking in the area (see the map below). Probably the easiest public lot is at the corner of Mountain and Church. Watch out for one way streets in this area.
