PROGRAM GOALS/
MISSION STATEMENT

This program was entered into under a spirit of cooperation and partnership, as each country recognizes that they share simmilar visions and goals with respect to providing effective learning opportunities for their citizens.

The central concept for all three nations is to positively contribute to the quality of life for all citizens, by strengthening the labor force prospects of the next generation, and providing opportunities to succeed in the new global-based economy.

The emphasis of the program is the development of educational alliances at the postsecondary level through free exchange of students and faculty between participating university partners.
