8:30 am            Morning reception (catered breakfast from Panera), Memorial Hall 113

9:00 am            Introduction to faculty and faculty research interests

n Greeting from the Director of Clinical Training (Tim Cavell)

n Introduction from the Departmental Chair (Doug Behrend)

n Greeting and brief overview of research from each faculty member

10 – 12            Individual 30-minute interviews with faculty (in faculty offices)

                        * Each student will interview with 3 faculty members

                        * see below for applicant activities when not scheduled

12:00 pm          Catered lunch

1 – 2:30 pm      Individual 30-minute interviews with faculty

2:30 pm            OPEN LAB

3:30 pm            Wrap up meeting with Director of Clinical Training (Memorial Hall 113)

4:00 pm            Interview Day Over

*Activities when students are not scheduled to meet with faculty

1.         30 min meeting with graduate students

2.         30 min tours of the clinic (clinic assistants)

            3.         30 min campus tours (clinical graduate students)
