Katie joined the RTC September 2003. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations including budget management, personnel records/documentation, coordination of clerical/support staff, and dissemination of Center materials. Working with the graduate training program, she assists in recruitment, class scheduling and classroom accommodations. Mrs. Becker has an AA in Interpreting (UALR, 1986) and is currently working on her Bachelors degree in Interpreting at UALR. She is a Nationally Certified Interpreter and serves as Secretary of the Arkansas Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.
