Perspectives of Service Providers on VR and WIA

The purpose is to document perspectives of service providers on the impact of the Workforce Investment Act and the 1998 Rehabilitation Act Amendments on service delivery for consumers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Features that have positively impacted or obstructed employment and training opportunities for these consumers will be explored.
