Workers' Perspectives on Employer-Provided Supports

The purpose of this study is to gather information on employer provision of work supports. Building on a separate NIDRR funded grant to this applicant, the proposed project will survey a randomly identified nationally representative sample of approximately 550 workers with hearing loss regarding their experiences in obtaining needed employer supports.
