Remote Technology for Connunication Access in One Stop Centers

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of remote video interpreting and remote CART in rehabilitation service delivery. We will gather consumer information in order to evaluate their experiences and determine if these technologies actually improve access to interpreting and CART. Also a cost-benefit analysis will reveal the necessity for adopting this approach for service delivery.

- 135 users of VRI or Remote CART in Minnesota One Stops
