University of Arkansas Preferred Car Rental Contracts
The U of A has established contracts for vehicle rentals with Enterprise and Hertz. The contract prices listed are for rentals from the Arkansas dealers only. When renting a vehicle in another state, the U of A receives approximately a 10% discount on rates.When renting a vehicle locally you are required to use one of our preferred agencies, if you are going to be utilizing an Administrative TCard or a U of A Purchase Order.
Contract prices are good for both personal and business travel as long as you are a U of A Employee.

Mileage
Unlimited mileage is available only in conjunction with daily rate traveling within 500-mile radius of renting location.Luxury Cars, Mini Vans, and Sport Utility Vehicles will include 200 free miles per day.
All vehicles include 1400 free miles per week, and 2350 miles per month. Each additional mile will be .20 cents.
Upgrades
Enterprise Rent-A-Car will provide a substitute vehicle of larger class or size at no additional cost to the University of Arkansas if vehicle class reserved were to be unavailable.Miscellaneous Charges
Taxes and fuel charges are not included in the rates. Additional drivers, are allowed at no additional cost.Driving Age
